During his successful advertising career as a top Creative Director, he worked for multinational clients such as General Motors, PanAm, Coca-Cola, Nextel, Volkswagen, Mercedes Benz Trucks, Toyota, General Foods, Seagrams, Néstle, Panasonic and Alcoa. Beginning in the 60's, while he was still working as an illustrator and graphic artist, Michelini participated in group and solo art exhibits, winning several awards and emerging as one of the top artists of the greater São Paulo region and participating as a juror of several art exhibits and advertising festivals. He also had an exclusive contract with Marusan Gallery, the first professional art gallery in the city of São Bernardo do Campo. In 2006 he relocated to the U.S. and is now focused on gaining exposure for his fine art in North America.
